STANDARD FEATURES AND ACCESSORIES INCLUDE:

• All excavation (1 day digging pool and 1 day backfilling and grading pool area) and installation labor for the following :
• Fort Wayne Elite Structural Polymer Non-Corrosive Rigid 42” High Wall and Brace System –OR- Fort Wayne Sterling Steel Wall and Brace System. Rigid Grey or White Aluminum Concrete Receptor Coping, with Rigid Grey or White Aluminum Concrete Receptor Coping includes a Lifetime Transferable Warranty. Reliance Deck Support System with Concrete Filled Columns (Deck Support Piers).All pool designs conform to all State & Association of pool & spa professionals Codes.
• Concrete Footing around Perimeter of Walls and Concrete filled braces (unique to ANY other brace system). Braces spaced an average of 4 feet apart.
• Vermiculite and cement pool bottom. Pre-mixed to perfection by the manufacturer for a perfectly consistent hardness every time.
• 20 mil Vinyl Liner liner.
• Jandy 1 hp Pump.
• Jandy Diatomaceous earth filter. Diatomaceous Earth is PROVEN to be a better performing filter than any other by filtering out finer particles from the water. This saves money on chemicals and keeps the water cleaner and safer for your family to swim in. So DON’T be fooled by the other guys. The earth filter is the BEST way to filter pool water!
• Concrete slab for your filter, pump, heater and electric panel to be placed. This is not only more stable for the equipment but it also looks neater.
• 1 or 2 Skimmers and 2 Returns (quantity based on pool size) with 1.5 inch diameter spa flex pipe and PVC fittings.
• 8’ Fort Wayne walk-in acrylic/fiberglass steps white with a 15 year warranty. Colored Stonetite step upgrade available.
• 3-Step stainless steel deck ladder secured in concrete in deep end of pool. Colored ladders and rails also available for a slight price difference.
• Safety Rope & Float Kit at the top of ramp to separate shallow end from deep end of pool.
• Pool Alarm to detect water motion upon entry of pool (Required by Building Codes).
• Pool Thermometer (hangs on deep end ladder).

Maintenance Package

• Weighted vacuum head with brushes.
• 1˝” vacuum hose.
• Skim vacuum attachment - to attach vacuum hose to skimmer.
• Leaf skimmer.
• 18” wall & floor brush.
• 8 foot-16 foot telescopic aluminum pole.
• Starting chemicals (2 months of chlorine & initial balancing chemicals).
• 2-Way test kit for testing chlorine and Ph.

Automatic Cleaners

• Kreepy Krauly Automatic Pool Cleaner. Vacuums entire pool up to waterline. Works through Filter System.
• Aquabot Automatic Pool Cleaner. Just plug it into an outlet and put it the pool. Independent from filtration system.

  Heaters

• Aqua Comfort Heat Pump –Works by Bringing In Surrounding Warm Air & Transferring To the water.
• Raypak Gas Heater – Propane or Natural Gas.

  Winter covers

• Winter Cover with Water Bags (To Secure Cover).
• Loop Loc safety cover. Anchors to pool deck.

Sanitizing

• In-Line chlorinator. Automatically dispenses chlorine into water.
• Salt system/chlorine generator. This unit uses salt to actually make a safe, accurate level of chlorine. This is the ONLY alternative sanitizer that eliminates the need to add chlorine!! Will pay for itself in time. Most of all, the pool water is safer and more comfortable on skin and hair with no chlorine smell, eye irritation and no handling of chlorine!!

  Decking/Walkways/Patios

• Broom Finished Concrete 3,500 psi concrete w/Wire Mesh Reinforced Around Pool & Patio.
• Stamped Concrete Decking. Various colors and patterns to suit your tastes!
• Brick Decking. Various colors patterns and textures to suit your tastes!

Liner Upgrade

• Ft Wayne Davinci Liner.

Steps/ Loungers/Hydrotherapy

• Stonetite colored steps. Designed to match liner color pattern. (Available in various colors- refer to brochure).
• Swim out lounger w/hydrotherapy jets.
• Jetted steps - water jets (2) to move water around step area to help keep steps clean.

  Lighting

• Halogen in pool light 500 watt-white (Does not include electrical work).
• Multi-colored light- same as halogen w/3 position color wheel - beautiful effect.

Mechanicals (Hydraulics and Controls)

• Waterfall - pre-fabed Jandy.
• Deck jets set of 4 installed.
• Automated controls. These controls allow pool pump, heat, light and various other functions to be controlled from inside your house. Made by Aqualogic.
• Spillover spa - This is a 6 person eqgonomically designed spa that is attached and raised above the top of the pool with a spillover feature.
• Auto fill - This is a water line tied into an outside water spigot and run under ground to the pool skimmer to top off the pool.
• Aluminium fencing 54” high in various colors & styles.
• Fire Pit - This is a masonry pit elegantly shaped and contoured.Beautiful effect near your new pool!! (also helps to repel bugs while enjoying your back yard).
